Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched for shipping.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order has been dispatched (you receive a shipping notification with AWB number), it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91-9958803531 or email info@windowtechs.in with your order number

2. How to Cancel

Step 1 — Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

Step 2 — Provide:

  • Your order number (format: PHS-XXXXXXXXXX)
  • Reason for cancellation

Step 3 — Confirmation:

  • We will confirm the cancellation within 2–4 hours during business hours
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • The order cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery at the door — however, in this case:
    • Shipping charges (both forward and reverse) will be deducted
    • No exchange or credit will be provided for refused deliveries without prior approval from our team
    • Refused deliveries without prior communication will not be eligible for any exchange

4. Payment on Cancelled Orders

Since all payments are processed via Razorpay:

  • If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we will issue an exchange voucher or apply credit toward a future order
  • We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method
  • The exchange voucher will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance
  • In exceptional cases, Razorpay may process a refund as per their own policy — this is at Razorpay's discretion and not guaranteed by us

5. Cancellation by Zam by Windowtechs

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical error on the website
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transaction detected by our payment partner
  • Delivery not serviceable to the provided address

In such cases, you will be notified via email and phone. A full exchange credit will be provided.

6. Contact for Cancellations

We recommend WhatsApp for fastest response on cancellation requests as email may have delays.
